Directions:

M5 to Exeter, A30 for Okehampton, remain on A30 past Bodmin.

Remain on A30 pass over new section of road (approx 8 miles), when you see a Jet garage/McDonalds and Travel Inn on your righthandside, downhill, you need to look for the 4^th exit. Signposted: St Newlyn East/Mitchell/Newquay A3076, 20 metres into Mitchell, 2^nd right, adjacent Bus Shelter, over A30, over small roundabout. Towards Newquay.
